I stood in contact Adrian because we hit it off immediately when we worked together. We both loved sports and were actively playing. We even played in the same football league in the fall. I started working with Adrian the end of January, 2017.
I came across his ad on FB. I contacted him, he responded immediately, and that’s were my journey began. When I started his program I was stressed out, overwhelmed and exhausted. I had a baby that was about to be a year old and I was continuing to gain weight! I am a teacher and have 3 kids. Working out and eating well was impossible for me!
At least that’s what I thought….
Adrian taught me the importance of time management. He helped me plan ahead so I would be successful with my nutrition and exercise.
He provided me with meal plans and even told me how to prep them for the week.
He sat with me on the phone and helped me plan out a schedule where I could get my work outs done. In the first few weeks, I found it difficult to remain consistent. When I found the training to be difficult to keep up with, because of my hectic schedule, Adrian modified my workout routine 2 different times! He created a program that I could do right in the comfort of my own living room. Which was a big help because I was totally insecure about going to the gym and having people look at me.
This new home routine challenged me! It was difficult and I wanted to give up. Adrian was dedicated to helping me, especially with my confidence. He was so patient and kind, he encouraged me through each work out! I literally called and text him EVERY time I was doing a workout! He told me everything that I needed to hear in order to keep going and pushing harder.

I’ve never had a trainer that cared so much about my physical AND mental progress like Adrian does. He reminded me how important it is to MAKE TIME for myself. He helped me make new positive changes in my habits and daily routines. Most of all helped me become consistent and create a “new normal” in my hectic life. When I started the program I was 212 pounds, With Adrian’s help, I lost 22 pounds! I did not do any cardio! My results are due to the training sessions and better nutrition habits. I started working with Adrian after having gastric bypass surgery earlier this year. I have never had a personal trainer so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I wanted to harness the momentum that the surgery gave me to develop a healthy relationship with my body and a workout routine that would carry me into my new life post op.
I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis so working out has always been challenging. But, Adrian developed a training plan around my fitness level and physical capabilities, which continue to expand. Every new training module is designed to focus on my individual goals and challenges me to push myself more and more.
I have been working with Adrian for 15 weeks now and it shows in the mirror and my day-to-day life. I’m able to do things I couldn’t before because my body is so much stronger. I’ve gained confidence and discipline that I never had before. And now that I see the changes and feel the differences his training program has helped me develop, I am MORE motivated than ever to continue pushing my body to the next level.

I’ve never considered myself to be unhealthy or overweight. I’ve always been thin and athletic and have always thought I’ve been pretty aware of nutrition and best practices – but I had just moved to New York, had stopped working out, gained weight, and knew I needed a structured program to jump start a change.
I’ve had sessions with other personal trainers before and from those experiences, I honestly didn’t expect much going into my introductory meeting with Adrian. However, after meeting with Adrian, I was impressed. He was much more knowledgeable and passionate than other personal trainers I’ve interacted with and I knew I would achieve the physical changes I was looking to achieve.
What I didn’t expect was for how much the next 12-weeks would be a journey learning about myself rather than just a physical transformation.
Going into the program, I thought it was going to be hard because I was going to be lifting heavier and changing my workout routine – but the physical was the easy part. The hardest part of the 12-weeks has been the mental and emotional journey that I have traveled through with: 1) my relationship with food, 2) balancing and understanding what my personal priorities are in work/individual life/home life balance within a 24-hour day.
Adrian’s program is holistic. He doesn’t just give you a workout plan and say, “see you at the end of the 12-weeks.” He ensures you are making progress physically and mentally every day and he takes the time to guide you through any questions or thoughts you may have whether it be in the gym while you’re working out, through text or through email. He honestly cares about helping his clients and is dedicated to making sure every individual is going through their own path for sustainable change.
Now, I have reached a point where I have a good balance and understanding of what my goals are as an athlete and a foodie and how to be dedicated to career/self/home and most importantly that these goals are not mutually exclusive.

The first time I met Adrian, I was tired of my body and tired of feeling dejected. When Adrian took an hour to just listen to my struggles with weight loss and learn about my habits, I knew that I had found someone who could potentially help me in making a positive change in my health.
Over the years, I made several half-hearted attempts at losing weight; these included monitoring my diet through Weight Watchers, joining the gym, signing up for dance classes, etc., but I never stuck through with any for more than a few months. I was often deterred because I never saw any results.
After going through a bad year of constant health issues, I really wanted to find a personal trainer that could help me on my journey to be healthy. Working with Adrian has been more than wonderful, I feel so accomplished and confident! The fact that I’ve stuck with him for more than a year is a real testament to his skill and expertise.
Adrian is so patient in coaxing me into making small changes in my routine and my diet. And if I fail, it’s no big deal because there is always tomorrow to try again. His positive attitude further encourages me to make healthier diet choices and to complete my weekly cardio. Adrian is so adept at being quietly disappointed that it compels me to do better! This is not to say that Adrian is easy – no way –he is NOT easy. When I tell my friends about my strength training and endurance exercises, they are continually blown away with the intensity of the workouts and my progress.
However, Adrian breaks it all into small steps, so you never realize how hard he is actually making you work. He’s the only trainer I know that has a custom app where you can enter and track your progress. This is yet another way to keep me accountable to myself. I also really admire Adrian’s accountability as he will unfailingly reply as soon as possible whether through the app or through texting. I may “forget” that I have to get in a cardio session over the weekend, but Adrian will never forget to text me a reminder.
I am so thankful that because of Adrian, I’ve finally had a positive experience to associate with exercising. For the first time, I have actually lost enough weight that there is a substantial difference in my appearance. I would encourage anyone who has tried everything, who cringes at the thought of working out, who needs someone to hold them accountable, to make one last attempt with Adrian. I know that if Adrian can help me make a positive change then he can help anyone!!

I have always struggled with losing weight. About a year ago, I went vegan and saw some results, but after several months, I started to plateau. Around that time, I also had to stop exercising because I somehow injured my hip while jogging. Even after going to physical therapy, I couldn’t seem to get back into the gym without causing it to flare up again. I found maintaining my weight to be increasingly challenging, and ultimately started to gain weight once again.
In February, I heard about Adrian through a friend – She was also working through an injury and really liked how he tailored the workout plan to her needs. At that point, I really wasn’t planning on getting a personal trainer, but it seemed like I needed someone far more knowledgeable than myself to help me get on track. I reached out to Adrian that same day, and over 3 months later, I couldn’t be more thankful to my friend for referring me.
Adrian listened to my goals and created an eating regimen that respected my dietary restrictions – Vegan and Kosher. I honestly thought I would never be able to lift weights and remain vegan, but using Adrians meal plan and macronutrient recommendations, weight training has never felt better. Adrian also created an exercise regimen that not only worked around my injury, it strengthened the muscles that stabilized my hip. I’m thrilled to say I can finally do lower body exercises without pain. and I’m even starting to squat again with no problems.
Everything Adrian recommends is based on sustainability, not hype. Genuinely changing your habits is really hard, but in working with him, my goals actually feel possible. Also, Adrian practices what he preaches, so it’s especially motivating to know that his results are obtained based on the same knowledge he’s applying to you.
The peak of this experience was going shopping after working with Adrian for three months. Words can’t describe the feeling of buying dresses that never would have fit before. Knowing you have more to do to reach your goal, but still feeling happy and accomplished while working towards it, is an amazing feeling.
I’m starting my fourth month of working with Adrian and couldn’t be more excited about it. I would never have had this progress if I weren’t working with him. I couldn’t recommend Adrian any more highly for someone looking for real sustainable change in their life. If you’re on the fence about getting started – DO IT! It’ll be one of the best gifts you give to yourself.

Earlier this year I was feeling like my worst self, 20+lbs overweight, out of shape and nothing fit. I have always been active and in varying ranges of “good” shape but needed some help getting started again.

I am a doctor of Physical Therapy. I am knowledgeable in exercise programs and the basics of nutrition plans. Adrian took things to the next level for me. I went into this 3 month process thinking “it will probably be good for me, but also probably just more of the same.”

Before I started with Adrian I was in huge denial about my weight and health. Getting to the gym has never been a real problem for me, it was always the diet that I found frustrating. When I first started working with Adrian I soon realized that diet was a huge part of losing weight.
When Adrian first mentioned he had some spots available for clients, I quickly emailed him. I spoke to him one on one about my lifestyle. I understood quickly what I was doing wrong and how to solve it with his help.
In the beginning, it was hard especially the diet portion as I stated before. But Adrian is GREAT with answering his email/messages and with his bi-weekly check-ins, he made it that much easier to get out of my comfort zone. While I was working with Adrian I realized the nutrition becomes a lifestyle and it has a huge effect on the training part of the regimen.
Midway, while working with Adrian you start to see the changes in your clothes, how you feel when you wake up in the morning, and in your body. Taking pictures really told the story.
